Dr. Ray is a former college athlete for the University of Georgia and is an avid golfer, tennis player, and gym enthusiast. While many physicians and physical therapists may simply tell you to stop your desired activity, we believe that avoiding the things that you enjoy most because of an injury is no way to live.
